SUMMARY:Dun Coillich Community Land: Mindful Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a gentle guided mindful walk across Dun Coillich\, led by our Project Officer and walk leader Vicky Bickerstaff. \nWalking is a movement we do every day but we’re often unaware of it. Being outside and deliberately walking in nature allows time away and from our indoor/ media world. \nExposure to nature and green spaces has been proven to be a successful antidote to our often stressful lives. By combining mindfulness into our movements helps to promote a more immersive opportunity that can both improve physical and emotional wellbeing. \nThis event is part of the Dun Coillich Summer Event programme. For more information contact email: projectofficer@hpclt.org; call Heather on 07849268411; or visit www.hpclt.org. \nThis is a free event for HPCLT Members\, £5 suggested donation for others.
